This abstract discusses the design and fabrication of an active suspension system. The goal is to enhance ride comfort, stability, vehicle dynamics. research focuses on analyzing quarter car model dynamics employing advanced control algorithms actuators for adaptive adjustment. Integration sensors, units, crucial real-time monitoring suspension. With help this rig, we are linear acceleration in passivesuspension By doing so can determine load acting chassis.The system test rig a valuable tool automotive engineers designers. It allows them evaluate performance different systems controlled environment, under various operating conditions.
